Success Story: Lucy and Belle (London)

Success Story: Lucy and Belle (London)

We were approached by Clara from Lucy and Belle in the summer of 2014 and quickly arranged the meeting to go over her plans.

We were looking at a brand new website for brand new baby gifts business.

With the brief in hand, we set about producing drafts designs to produce a suitable theme using the provided branding guidelines.

The live website quickly followed and has since undergone numerous design updates throughout the years to keep up to date and incorporate new features.

Three years later the business is well established and providing a steady stream of orders throughout the year.

“I cannot recommend the services of Black Webs more highly.

At every stage they have, and continue to be helpful and professional… They simply exceed expectations.

I am so delighted to have found the services of Black Webs, they are an integral part of my business and I really enjoy working with them.”

Success Story: Pom Pom Baby (Bromley, Kent)

Success Story: Pom Pom Baby (Bromley, Kent)

Pom Pom Baby is a babies and childrenswear store in Bromley, Kent.

Having had a previous website developer produce a website that failed to generate any significant amount of sales, fell to pieces in regards to design – and generally became difficult to contact after the project had been delivered, Pom Pom Baby approached us with a simple requirement: build us a website that sells our products.

Two weeks later they were up and running on a brand new platform and instantly generating sales. They now maximise use of multiple streams of traffic from Google, Social Media channels and email marketing to ensure a steady stream from sales seven days a week.

The main features include a stock control system, product option system, Mailchimp integration along with our standard Ecommerce features and general guidance and support.

“Our website has been built very professionally, thanks to BlackWebs. They are always quick to respond and to explain. We had three other web designers before and have experienced lots of problems but not with BlackWebs. I have recommended them to lots of other companies and only have praise for BlackWebs.”
